Occupancy Limits

Under Governor Abbott’s Open Texas guidelines, certain types of businesses must comply with the total occupancy limit.

The Harris County Fire Marshal can help determine occupancy. If you do not know the occupancy of your facility, please contact the Harris County Fire Marshal Office at 713-274-1700 or [email protected]. For more information, visit www.hcfmo.net/records/.
