The Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) grant is administered by the Ending the HIV Epidemic Section of the Ryan White Grant Administration (RWGA). The EHE grant supports the delivery of targeted HIV-related services for individuals who are newly diagnosed with HIV or who have recently re-engaged in care.

RWGA funds a network of HIV/AIDS service providers, including Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), local governmental agencies, and nonprofit organizations. EHE-funded services include outpatient primary medical care, non-medical case management and service linkage, housing assistance, and rideshare transportation.
