The Office of Executive Director provides agency-level leadership and strategic direction for the Harris County Public Health (HCPH). This office includes the HCPH Executive Director, Chief of Staff, Compliance Officer, Health Equity Officer, and Local Health Authority, and organizational governance functions of compliance, equity, and contract and court item management services.
