Public Health Ethics

What is Public Health Ethics?
Harris County Public Health (HCPH) values fairness in all matters regarding the residents, organizations, animals, and environment of Harris County.

Occasionally the interests of public health and the community can come into conflict. When that occurs, HCPH follows an ethics review process, aligning with the principles outlined in the HCPH Code of Ethics.
