Acquiring Test Results
You will be contacted via phone call if test results are positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19). The call will come from 1-833-447-0001 and may show as Results Center on your phone's Caller ID.
If you receive a call from this number, please answer the phone. In order to protect your privacy, the caller will not be permitted to leave a voice message should the call be missed. The Results Center will only attempt two follow-up calls.
If you miss both of these calls, you are required to wait until your test results are posted online. Instructions for accessing test results online from the Pasadena Testing Site, Cy-Fair Testing Site, Quest Diagnostics, or LabCorp, please refer to the Public Testing Information: Acquiring Test Results document below.
