The Harris County Public Health (HCPH) Connect program provides vulnerable Harris County residents with application assistance for local, state, and federal benefit programs. Connect also secures linkages to additional resources and service providers based on community members’ unique needs. The program aims to increase the community’s awareness, access, and utilization of critical benefit programs and local resources, ultimately improving the overall health and well-being of Harris County’s vulnerable populations.
