The Grants Management Section of Ryan White Grant Administration oversees the administration of Ryan White Part A and Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) grant funding to providers of HIV/AIDS services in the Houston Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA). In FY 2013, Ryan White Grant Administration received $19,750,043 in total Part A and MAI funds. With these dollars the Grants Management Section administers 20 contracts with 9 local service providers.

The Grants Management Section is responsible for implementing the priorities and allocations set by the Ryan White Planning Council. The Grants Management section establishes contracts with providers, provides technical assistance, and provides fiscal and programmatic oversight of contracts.
